1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device to store information between page loads. They help keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is used. We also use your browser's local storage for a few preferences; this policy covers both.
2. Strictly Necessary Cookies
These are essential for the platform to work — for example keeping you signed in and protecting forms against misuse. They cannot be switched off.
| Name | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
REFUND_SESSION |
Keeps you signed in during your visit and protects forms (CSRF). | Necessary | Session |
rp_remember |
Keeps you signed in if you tick "Remember me". | Necessary | 30 days |
riq_cookie_consent |
Remembers your choice on the cookie banner. | Necessary | 12 months |
riq_theme |
Remembers light / dark mode (browser storage). | Preference | Until cleared |
3. Preference Storage
Your light / dark mode choice and dashboard layout (such as a collapsed sidebar) are kept in your browser's local storage. They are functional, never leave your device, and do not require consent.
4. Analytics Cookies
Only with your consent, anonymised analytics may be used to understand platform usage and improve features. No personally identifiable information is included. If you choose Decline on the cookie banner, analytics cookies are not set.
5. Third-Party Services
Some features load resources from trusted providers, which may set their own cookies under their own policies:
Live chat (Tawk.to) — powers the support chat widget and remembers your conversation.
Google Fonts & jsDelivr CDN — deliver fonts, Bootstrap and icons; they may log technical data such as your IP address.
We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Managing Cookies
You can change your choice at any time with the button below, which shows the cookie banner again. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings — but blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you from signing in.
7. Cookie Lifetime
Session cookies expire when you close your browser. The remember-me cookie expires after 30 days and your cookie-banner choice after 12 months. Local-storage preferences persist until you clear your browser data.
